Return Policy

Please note that in case of a full/partial return of goods the corresponding transaction charges of 2%, will be deducted from the refund amount.

The shipment charges incurred for the dispatch of the returned item will have to be borne by the buyer. 

Item must be returned to us within 10 calendar days of the receipt of the item. Customers seeking to return/exchange an item for any reason must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

 

Unidentified returns will be returned to the customer. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, not sprayed on with any kind of perfume, unsoiled, and be in their original packaging. All materials including plastic wrapping, tags, dust bags, box, gift box, wrapping must be returned along with the product.

Personalized items; Non-returnable or non- fundable. 
 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

On approval, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable), Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping Policy 

The items will be dispatched within 4 to 5 working days. And via standard shipping, it will be delivered within 10 to 12 days.
In the case of express shipping, the items will be delivered in 4-5 working days, the post order is dispatched.
